The Site is provided for general informational and communication purposes related to our pediatric practice. Content on this Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice or Emergency Services

Do not use this Site for medical emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Website forms, general email, and website content are not intended to provide emergency care instructions or time-sensitive medical treatment.

3. No Provider-Patient Relationship Created by Site Use

Viewing this Site, sending a message through the Site, or contacting us online does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through appropriate clinical intake and acceptance by our practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
