Dr. Thai V. Hoang is a pediatric board certified pediatrician and was originally from Vietnam and immigrated to the Untied States in 1979. He grew up in El Paso Texas and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at El Paso. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed his pediatrics residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston Children’s Hospital. During his residency he served as the chief resident for his pediatrics residency program. Dr. Hoang successfully established Stonebriar Pediatrics, P.A. in Frisco in 2003. He Lives With His Wife Yen Tran and Their Four Children, Vi-Anh, Mi-Lan, Ai-Vy, and Vinh-Son.
Rochelle Hartmann, MPAS, PA-C, RD is a board certified physician assistant originally from Louisiana but grew up in North Texas. She completed her undergraduate degree in nutrition at the University of Texas in Austin. She then earned her certificate of clinical dietetics from UT Southwestern. She worked as a pediatric registered dietitian for 6 years before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina to pursue her masters in physician assistant studies from Wingate University. Rochelle and her husband have 2 small kids that keep them very busy! Rochelle loves sports (go Rangers, Cowboys, and Longhorns!), live music, cooking, and spending time with her family on the lake.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She supported cancer therapy research at the Cancer Immunobiology Center at UT- Southwestern, before completing her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at UT-Southwestern in 2007. She joined Stonebriar Pediatrics in 2018 and enjoys working with children of all ages, from infancy through adolescence, and helping parents make healthy choices.
Stephanie and her husband enjoy raising their two daughters here in North Texas with all the opportunities from DFW metroplex to the more rural areas. Stephanie also enjoys introducing her children to her favorite leisure activities- baking, gardening, and reading. “Having children has helped me relate better to the challenges my patients and their parents face.”
